To ensure that certain groups will put their views and have the opportunity to comment on the key outcomes before the final report, a number of organisations have been designated as “stakeholders” (link). These will include in particular the relevant Ministries of the three most affected countries, which will be asked to nominate one person who will act as a point of contact.

Note that all papers made available to the designated “stakeholders” will at the same time be made available for comments on the public website, on which other organisations are encouraged to give their views
